Real Shatavari root is naturally rich in plant mucilage, so it soaks up moisture and sticks together, sometimes clinging to the jar almost like glue. That isn’t a fault, it’s the sign of pure root. Many cheaper powders are mixed with starch or fillers to stay loose. We add nothing: one ingredient, pure Shatavari root.
