Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, pick a pack and tap Buy it now. Enter your name, phone number and address, and you're done. No account and no advance payment needed.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, all over Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
The only exception is Azad Kashmir (AJK), where our courier can't collect cash. For AJK orders, please WhatsApp us and we'll share the payment details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 2–5 working days. Some remote areas can take a little longer.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,200 or more. Below that, delivery is Rs 200.
How can I track my order?
Enter your TCS tracking number on our Track your order page. Don't have it? WhatsApp us your order number and we'll share it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before your order is dispatched. Just WhatsApp us your order number.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or wrong?
WhatsApp us on 0301 9399121 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product. We'll send the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost.
As our products are food items, we can't accept returns once a sealed jar has been delivered. Read our refund policy.
Using Purify
How do I make PCOS Tea?
- Boil 250 ml of water.
- Wait 1 minute, then pour it over 1 teaspoon of tea.
- Cover and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
Drink 2 cups a day, between meals. Watch the 1-minute video.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Herbal teas and powders work gently, over time. We suggest using them daily for at least 2–3 months. Every body is different, so results vary from person to person.
Which pack is right for me?
PCOS Tea is for cycle support. If you are planning to conceive, our Cycle & Fertility Care Pack pairs PCOS Tea with Shatavari. Combo packs cost less per jar. Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp.
How should I store it?
Close the lid tightly after every use and keep the jar in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.
Safety & quality
What's inside each jar?
Only the herbs listed on the label. Every ingredient is printed on the jar and on the product page, so you always know exactly what you're drinking.
Is it safe to use with other medicine?
Our products are herbal food products, not medicines, and they don't replace medical treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking regular medication or have a medical condition, please ask your doctor before use.
Can I keep using it if I become pregnant?
Please stop and check with your doctor before continuing once you are pregnant.
Where is Purify made?
Every blend is made to the same measured recipe and packed in Lahore in sealed, food-grade jars by the team behind Kitchen With Sidra.
