What's inside?

Four herbs, nothing else: (Mentha spicata) 65% · (Camellia sinensis) 13% · Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) 12% · (Foeniculum vulgare) 10%. No fillers, no chemicals, no preservatives, no steroids.

How do I make it?

Use about 5 g per cup — around 2 tablespoons. The blend is light, so it takes more than ordinary tea. Boil 250 ml water, wait one minute, then pour. Cover and steep 5–7 minutes, then strain.

How much, and when?

Two cups a day, between meals — at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating.

How long does a pack last?

Each jar is 150 g, about 30 cups — roughly 15 days at two cups a day. The 2-jar Combo Pack lasts about a month.

Does it contain caffeine?

Yes, a little, from the green tea.

Can I drink it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take metformin or any blood sugar medication, speak to your doctor first.

Alhamdulillah..... I’m honestly SO happy with my PCOS results!

4 months ago, my right ovary was 13.4 mL and left was 18.2 mL, with more follicles.,... In my latest ultrasound
the right is 10.3 mL and left 11.48 mL
and the number of follicles has also reduced.

My doctor compared my previous and current ultrasound and said there is around 60-70% improvement😍😍

I was taking my prescribed medicines as well, but I also added Purify PCOS Tea to my routine. I’m genuinely so happy to see this much change!

Good product,im using this for almost 2 months now. Best this is kay inhon nay proper ingredients percentage kay sath mention keye hain, very good thing full marks for this, mostly baki brand ingredients chupate hain or agar kisi ko koi alergy ho tu wo kiya kare, dropping this review hopes this will help others

I had been through a period pause for 7/8 months back in 2025, and I literally took it for just 10 days aur mere periods wapas aa gaye.

And after that, this April jab mujhe again periods nahi aa rahe thay aur meri last period ko 50 days ho chuke thay, I started taking it again and boom, mere periods within a few days wapas aa gaye. Alhamdulillah! ❤️

This tea has honestly been such a good experience for me. I started drinking it when my period was near and slowly I noticed my cycle was becoming more regular........ Pehle meri routine itni regular nahi thi but after making this tea part of my routine I feel like it has really helped me.

I also started doing some exercise with it and honestly tea aur exercise dono saath karne se mujhe zyada difference feel hua. I think consistency is really important too because sirf tea pe depend karna isnt enough......
Overall I’m really happy with it and will definitely keep using it. Mujhe personally kaafi acha experience raha and I would recommend giving it a try if you are looking for something to add into your routine.
